Walking along the Gdansk waterfront, you’d be forgiven for forgetting that you’re in Poland. There’s a certain charm and resemblance that’s shared between the historic dock and Copenhagen’s Nyhavn port.
Wroclaw was the first stop on my long culinary adventure in Poland. The city of gnomes was the first place to open my eyes to the vibrant and eclectic food scene in this country.
